Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 3 - 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
• International orders take 5 - 10 business days to be delivered via UPS, Fedex, USPS or DHL and we ship within same 2 - 10 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Notice: Shipping during the December holidays might take slightly longer due to it being the all-time high in shipping across the world. Your understanding is much appreciated!

Shipping cost per Zone:

United States

• Orders over $100 will have free shipping. 
• Orders Under $100 will be charged $3.95 for shipping.

Australia

• Orders over $300 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $300 will be charged $14.95 for shipping.

Rest of the World

• Orders over $200 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $200 will be charged $13.95 for shipping.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal & Bitcoin.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders need to be paid in full before we start manufacturing your order.
• All custom orders can be paid with all of our secure payment options, both local and international.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy on all website orders:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@spadadiamonds.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Spada Diamonds will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

IMPORTANT

Please note that we do not offer returns and refunds on custom orders.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 5 business days.
